I Have the Talent As a Leader
Friday, January 6th, 2012
I am a Business Administration student who will be graduating real soon (in just a year) and I am very interested to put up my own business after graduation. However, if my plan will not come to reality, then I have another backup plan to take — and this is to apply for a management job in a famous company. The very thing that triggers me to take such job is my subject in sales management. Through this subject, I have learned that there are plenty of rewards that await those who are efficient and effective, and most of all, productive.
I am not a very intelligent person, and I admit that I am not among those students who could be called “creams of the crops”. I am just an ordinary student, who happens to have an extraordinary talent in leadership. Thus, along with my charms, I know I will become an effective sales manager.

Arc Flash Training Requirements
Sunday, October 16th, 2011
The following are the OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910 sub part S Electrical, 29 CFR 1910 132 General requirements 29 CFR 1910 269, Electrical power generation, its transmission and distribution which cover the training requirements of employees. All the employees are expected to be trained and familiarized with the basic electrical work practices including safety procedures related to their work environments. They must be trained to be able to recognize potential arc flash hazards and how to differentiate between exposed conductors from the rest. The training must include how to identify electrical hazards, labeling them and how to identify safe working boundaries.
The training instructions must include details on when PPE is necessary, what proper PPE entails, how to put it on ad how to take it off, its maintenance and its weaknesses. At the end of the training, all the employees must demonstrate a proficiency in the hazards and safe working environments. In case of changes in production technology, purchase of new equipment, and changes in work procedures, then it would be necessary to conduct a retraining about the same.

Construction Pipeline: Connecting the Contractors Together
Sunday, September 4th, 2011
Construction Pipeline is a company that serves other companies by providing project leads and receiving them. It’s the key for connecting the contractors together. That is either from a general contractor to a subcontractor, or a subcontractor to a general contractor. They are doing this by collecting project leads from the general contractors and sending them to the subcontractors. The general contractors are the ones who will offer the leads by posting them. Then Construction Pipeline will line them up for the subcontractors who have that kind of category for their account. The one who have the highest feedback track record are given that opportunity to have that project lead. And then they keep the track updated by following up on the project that the subcontractor did to gather and record the feedbacks. They connect both contractors by giving the subcontractors a job and getting the general contractors leads’ done.

Selling Noritake China
Monday, June 6th, 2011
Would you like to sell Noritake china Pieces? If so, you want to find reliable suppliers that can help keep your business ongoing. While this may sound very difficult, it isn’t in reality. There are many sources of information and products. The flea markets and yard sales as well as used and collectable stores are good sources of items sold cheaply via auctions. Buy a local newspaper and check where they have advertised auction items for the public to buy.
As you purchase items for sale, be very careful how you select them because they have to be genuine. Do not assume that your consumers are less informed about Noritake antiques and vintage items. They already know the marks to look at, and imprinted wordings. What is more, you have to check authenticity of an item by making sure that the stamp or mark is appearing at the right spot. If selling online, post clear images of each item you have.

Container Bolt Seals
Monday, May 16th, 2011
Bolt seals work well on containers because they are strong and they have the extra length needed for the large container door handles. The factory has also started to use anti spin caps on security seals so that the cap won’t spin and bang around when the container is in transit. Some shippers want to use a cable seal on the container but that is usually not allowed by the shipping line and if you were to use it then you would be asking for trouble as those can end up falling off the container doors as they would bang around too much. If your container shows up at the destination port without a security seal then you will have big trouble with the border patrol people and your container may end up being held for extra inspection at your cost. The cost to check out your container and to move it in and out of the ship would be a lot of money.

Saturday, May 14th, 2011
Sometimes when you aren’t sure of what to get someone, a nice gift bag can be the perfect answer. Whether it be for a birthday, a graduation, a new birth, a house warming gift, or some other special occasion, creating a lovely bag full of gifts for someone really lets them know you care. The great thing about this type of gift is that it is fun, easy and doesn’t have to be vary expensive. For example, if you wanted to get a present for a student entering college and moving away from home for the first time, you could go to a craft store and by an inexpensive paper or plastic decorative bag. If you wish, you could purchase tissue paper or shrink wrap in order to cover the presents you will put in the bag. In this case, you may want to give the person toiletries, food items, cash gift cards, and other items a person might need when they are leaving home. Whatever the occasion, make sure you tailor the bag to the tastes of the person you are giving it to.

Keeping Safe Online and in the Office
Thursday, October 21st, 2010
Despite better tools available, online security and office security continue to be major issues. Although you will often hear advice about not using easy to guess family or pet names in passwords and about the importance of shredding documents, more security measures need to be taken to remain secure.
One of the biggest security threats around the office that people commonly introduce is removable hard drives. Even with lock mechanisms, these locks are often breached. If that drive stores personal information such as medical records which includes social security numbers, a single theft can mean countless identity thefts. Likewise, since low end paper shredders only shred documents in one direction, high security shredders provide a much safer bet.
Failure to use common sense online can also cause significant problems. Although using a service like PayPal can help protect your credit card, failing to take note of which URL you are directed to in the browser when paying via PayPal can have serious consequences. Before entering your PayPal user id/password, always make sure your web browser shows that you are on PayPal’s website and not an impersonator’s site trying to look like PayPal.
If you have any doubt about a particular company, there is nothing so important that you can purchase online that is worth jeopardizing your credit. When in doubt, you can also call PayPal using the phone number on your billing statement.
Although no system is 100 percent secure, using common sense before buying online is always your best defense. Likewise, just because your office has a lock, doesn’t mean everything is secure. All letter file or legal file storage cabinet solutions should have high security locks. An insulated file cabinet will improve your security situation one step further in that these file cabinets are not only extremely heavy to move (thus reducing the chance that the whole file cabinet will be stolen), but they are also fireproof and protect against water damage as well.

How Wireless Credit Card Processing Helps Merchants These Days?
Thursday, May 27th, 2010
wireless credit card processing used to be ignored by many. But these days, the number of people who see the efficiency of this payment solution continues to grow. Over the years, as the demand of wireless card processing machines continues to increase in demand, more and more manufacturers are entering the market. The recent advancements have resulted to even more efficient and easy to use card processing machines. There are a number of reasons why many merchants now take advantage of these tools. The fastness of wireless payment process is one. Swiped transactions, for example are a lot easier and faster than making keyed transactions. Rather than typing the card’s details, the merchant would only need to swipe the card in order to get payment. Another reason is that it allows the merchants to save money from processing fees. Furthermore, the MasterCard and Visa gives most merchants a reduced rate when they process payments through swiped credit cards.
