When it comes to expenses, people would only pay a few bucks because they are only required to purchase a few applications. The remote access connections could also be secured as well. There some disadvantages regarding virtual desktops as well. Since they base their connectivity on corporate and public networks, it would be easier for the systems to crash. There are also potential security risks when it comes to public networks especially if some security features are not installed correctly.
